Andras House Limited, operates a chain of successful Hotels in Northern Ireland and urgently requires an IT Support Analyst to assist in the business’s growth in this highly competitive industry.

 

The IT Support Analysts will form part of the IT System Support Team responsible for providing support to Andras House chain in all aspects relating to software and hardware administration, provision of first level support for the existing software infrastructure and maintenance and modification of the organisation’s networks for the Andras House chain of hotels and related businesses.

 

The successful candidate should hold either a relevant degree level qualification or demonstrate a minimum of three years’ graduate level work experience in a similar role. Experience with wireless infrastructures, TCP/IP networking, SQL Server 2000 and supporting Microsoft Server and desktop environments is required. Knowledge of Exchange Server and the development lifecycle advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills essential.
