Job Title : SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsible to : General Manager/Operations Director
Location : Andras House, 60 Great Victoria Street, Belfast
Rate Of Pay : £7.21 per hour
Purpose of Job : The Group Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for maximising Room, Conference and Banqueting Revenues. Their performance will be measured against the Hotel Budgeted Rooms, Conference and Banqueting Revenue, New Account Development, Sales Referrals, Revenue and achieving the sales action plan.
Main Duties:
- To manage an agreed list of Key Accounts on behalf of the Hotel and take responsibility for the development of Revenue levels from those accounts.
- To deliver the agreed Sales Action Plan for the relevant hotels.
- To take responsibility for the geographical region and for the development of current and new accounts and revenue sources from that territory.
- To take responsibility for the development of new accounts and new revenue sources for the Andras House Group.
- To identify promotional activities both internally and externally
- To sign off all promotional events and activities with Heads of Departments and the General Manager in line with company policy and procedure.
- To carry out the company's customer relation policy and communicate hotel services to guests.
- To actively participate in any training and personnel exercises designed to improve standards and performance levels.
- To work in accordance with standard procedures within each department.
