Job Title : FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST/DUTY MANAGER
Location : Cordia Serviced Apartments, Lisburn Road
Rate Of Pay : £7.00 per hour

Role : You will be responsible for the front office reception, managing arrivals, departures and the day-to-day operations of the apartments. You will also liaise with the tenants throughout their stay, ensuring the highest levels of guest care are achieved. You will also assume duty manager responsibilities in the absence of the Apartments Manager. You will maintain the quality of products and services given to internal and external guests. You will undertake sales and marketing activities as required and work to maximize revenue opportunities and achieve a high level of service in compliance with the company's standards.
Main Duties:
- On a day to basis you will effectively negotiate business by maximising rates and occupancy.
- You will report to the Apartments Manager as required and provide early warning of potential problems, any breach of security or any other matter which may be detrimental to the company, its staff or residents at the earliest opportunity.
- You will liaise with the Sales & Marketing Team as required.
- You will promote the apartments in a professional and responsible manner at all times, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and appearance is maintained both internally and externally.
- You will be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the apartments whilst on duty.
- You will resolve promptly and efficiently guests queries and complaints.
- You will be responsible for the accurate and timely operation of the property management system with regards to reservations, arrivals / departures, availability, leases and reports.
- You will have a proactive role in sales, including external sales calls, show rounds and mailing campaigns.
- You will be responsible for implementing the yearly sales, marketing and advertising campaign.
- You will be responsible for liaison with the Central Reservations Manager to ensure accurate management of payments made and accounts due.
- You will be responsible for compliance with Security and Health & Safety policies for staff and guests.
- You will be fully conversant with required procedures, maintaining all necessary paperwork and documentation with regard to any health & safety, fire procedures / issues.
