Founded in 1981, Andras House Ltd's first project was the refurbishment of a Victorian factory in central Belfast at a time when few had the courage to invest in the city centre. This mixed-use developmnent proved to be a launch pad for the company as well as a major confience builder for the city.
During the 1980s and early '90s Andras House expanded rapidly with high profile office and retail developments. These included large office blocks for clients such as the Inland Revenue and the Land Registry, and a major land deal that enabled Tesco to open it's first store in Northern Ireland.
