ANDRAS HOUSE, BELFAST
Refurbished and extended 1981 and 1986/87. The building was converted from a shirt factory to restaurant and office use. The building is currently occupied by Bourbon Restaurant and Jackson Andrews Accountants, as well as Andras House Ltd
DORCHESTER HOUSE, BELFAST
Built 1990/91. A new-build office building for the Inland Revenue. Dorchester House was completed in eight months to a high specification using Fast-track construction methods.
THE LINCOLN BUILDING, BELFAST
Renovated and extended in 1991-92. This was a speculative conversion of a textile mill into modern office space. The imaginative re-use of this historic building contributed to its take-up by its current occupiers - H.M. Land Registry and the Occupational Health Unit.
ELMWOOD HOUSE, BELFAST
Built 1992/93. Elmwood House is situated in University Street, and provides a pleasant and modern working environment fo the northern Ireland Audit Office headquarters. This development pioneered regeneration in this area.
ALBANY HOUSE, BELFAST
Built 1991. Located in an attractive city centre site, this development was constructed ahead of other building projects in Great Victoria Street - bringing important job opportunities into downtown Belfast.
BIRFIELD HOUSE, BELFAST
Originally an industrial warehouse, it was refurbished in 1983, into a busy restaurant and retail shopping complex. This project helped make Belfast's Lisburn Road, the trendy, up market thoroughfare it is today.
