Andras House is the biggest hotel developer and operator in Belfast. The company has built three and refurbished one hotel in the city. These hotels offer over 500 bedrooms.

Three are operated by Andras House under established international brands - Ramada Belfast, Days Hotel and Express by Holiday Inn. The fifth hotel is Renshaws in the precincts of Queen's University, Belfast. A fourth hotel is under construction in Belfast and will be operated under the Ibis franchise.

In addition, the company operates two restaurants - The Spice Club, a gourmet Indian restaurant, and Chambers, which specialises in contemporary fusion cuisine, and the Omni Centre leisure complex. Among the features of Omni is Ireland's first ayurveda therapy centre.
