Andras House is making a major contribution to the transformation of Belfast into one of the most exciting European cities through its continuous investment in hotels and commercial developments. The company employs over 300 people in Belfast.

Formed in 1981 by Lord Diljit Rana, Andras House is now the biggest hotel group in Belfast. It has constructed and currently operates hotels under some of the best-known international brands. Indeed, Andras House encouraged the first international hotel chain to set up in Belfast.

Current hotels include the Ramada Hotel Belfast, one of Northern Ireland’s most successful conference/convention centers; Days Inn; Express by Holiday Inn and Renshaws. The first Ibis hotel in Northern Ireland is also being developed by Andras House.

The company has also developed some of the most prestigious office/commercial projects in Belfast and has a number of exciting

developments in the pipeline.

In addition, Andras House has formed Cordia Technologies, a company that now develops and markets software systems to the hospitality industry worldwide. Cordia Technologies has developed its own software packages and also markets those of other companies in this important global industry.
